Love your videos. For all us senior citizens 62 and older you can perches a senior pass at skyline drive, and is for life, for any park in the USA. I think about $10 or $12. Had mine for several years. Oops giving my age away. GOD BLESS YOU AND THANKS

We have traveled the Blue Rudge Parkway and Skyline Drive many times by motorcycle and camped out every time. Many people go to the beach every year, but to me there is no prettier sight in the entire world than the Blue Ridge Parkway/Skyline Drive area. This year we want to go to the Rockfish area and see the John and Olivia Bed and Breakfast, the Hamner House, General story and the old church from the TV series The Wlatons. When on our trips to Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive we have always met some wonderful people. Some were teachers from Canada on a motorcycle trip across the U.S. On our last trip we met a man from Southern NC and we still ramain in contact with hin via E-mail.

I loved the music! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder -- or in this case, the ear! Of course I am a classicly trained musician--might make a difference! BTW, loved the video, hoping to drive the parkway this spring for the first time (at least the whole thing)! Thanks for the video.

Finally! I'm getting to respond to this comment! I saw your comment the other day, and I was so excited that someone actually liked the music in one of our videos! 😂 Normally, that's not the case. If you're seriously planning on a Blue Ridge Parkway trip, and you're needing some detailed information, we have a whole playlist about the Parkway, but you can also visit our Facebook page and inbox us for any specific questions! @billmarionlife. Thanks for watching!

@@BillMarion This was lovely! Just like I drove there myself, but without hearing people blow their horns in the tunnel. I hope we can come up this summer to cool off, but boarding 7 birds is expensive, and 2 dogs in another location. I one year old puppy would get eaten by a mountain lion, and Snoopy would just drool all over the back seat. I birds would like it but the don't ride more than 2 1/2 hours at a time. (to their vet) Your photography is awesome! Keep up showing us the beauty and I will watch each one. And you are right the speed limit is always 45 and they will let you know.

Tricky to catch at the “right” time because the colors don’t change uniformly from the mountains to the valley... been thru a dozens times...

Beautiful photography and smooth editing. Loved the visual. The music didn't seem to match the mood/spirit of what we were seeing....but I just turned it off and enjoyed anyway! Thanks for the virtual adventure.

LOVE THE VIDEO , HATE THE MUSIC 😡 What is meant to enjoy is ruined by the terrible choice in so called music We go all the time to enjoy The peace and quiet
@BillMarion5 жыл бұрын
At least you liked the video! I try different music all the time. What I try to avoid is using predictable music. Like, mountains=acoustic guitar and country. Obviously, I don't get it right all the time, and I never get it right for everyone. Trust me, you're not the first to say something about music in one of my videos. Sometimes I'm just experimenting to see what I enjoy, and other times I'm just trying to do something different than what we've seen and heard (mountains and country music). Don't get me wrong, I love country music, and I play guitar, and I've even used personal tracks for some of my videos. Just experimenting. I rewatched this, and I admit, there are some things I'd change. Regardless, thanks for your input, and thanks for watching! Bill

Music does not fit the natural beauty!

Thanks for commenting! And honestly, you're not the first to dislike the music in one of my videos.I think it's a matter of interpretation, and I'm the first to admit that I'm a little odd. Nevertheless, I'm grateful that you watched, and that you provided a comment. I hope you'll give some of our other videos a try! Bill

@@BillMarion While I fully understand that the musical choices are not to everyone's liking on so many Uploaded videos, I was surprised to see those who found this music to not match the natural beauty. I just wanted to say that I found it a great match and far superior to the typical overly homogenised, "reality show/car builder show" country/blues/rock or synthesized sounds that accompany so many videos. Majestic music for majestic scenery works for me.
