Dear Madam Jennifer, many thanks for next so great, helpful and useful lesson ( of course - like always).Obviously - A Video A Day and More Proverbs! Well, honestly and frankly (if you don't mind), my favourite proverb is : Every Cloud Has a Silver Linning. Because people (in the whole world) need a hope. I think (my humble opinion), that a hope is extremely important.Greetings from the Central Europe. Have a nice, pleasant, enjoyable day and beautiful spring - time.

good job. it is funny: the spanish version out of sight out mind is: eyes that don't see, heart doesn't feel. "ojos que no ven, corazon no siente"..lol, with regarding to When in Rome....rarely have I seen turists follow this " rule", and later they say we are a bit unpolite...lol . Bear in mind I live in a hotspot holiday location, here there are nearly 250000 people among, brits, germains, swedes and norweyans living lingering here, and last year we got 14 millions of turists. It's funny, we have the same proverb like your English proverb #8, but vice versa. If translating in English it will be like: a fisherman sees the other fisherman from the distance. And another humoristic version: A fool sees another fool even if they are far from each other)) sounds like a rhyme: durak duraka vidit izdaleka😂
