when i was like 8 i went to Edinburgh castle, i got lost there, and i started crying, that was when a little kid came and asked me why i was so sad, i said to him that i was lost, and he just started laughing at me i got angry and started chasing him all over the place, when i realized i was again next to my parents, they didn't even realize that i was missing. i looked for the rest of the day for that boy but never saw him again.

I live in Edinburgh (about a half hours walk from the castle) and I can vouch that you 100% can here the drummer and piper when you're down in the castles lower levels and in the chapel I myself even felt a cold hand on my shoulder when on a school trip (no it was not my teacher). That's why I refuse to go back there to this day.

A friend of mine, (who claims to be a medium.) Took a trip to London when he was in middle school, was him, his parents, and 2 sisters. They ended up going to the tower. He took 3 steps inside, then fell to the floor, clutching is head, and he was saying it was "so loud" in there. Naturally, they called an ambulance, and by the time he got to the hospital, he was fine, confused as to why he was in an ambulance, but fine. To this day, he claims to not even remember stepping inside. I'm personally not 100% on this story, as skepticism is important, but I figured it was an interesting enough story to share.

We actually were on a school trip to Corvin castle a few months ago. While it is true that the atmosphere is a bit heavier inside the underground parts of the castle the stories make the things much more interesting. I would really like it to be that creepy in real life,but as with any 'dracula' story this is just a tad bit of an exageration of the facts. Nevertheless i really liked the video and was proud to see landmarks from my country on this list.

One of the Houses I grew up in, my parents believe was haunted or something. There was a cemetery right behind our house, so that didn't help much. When my little brother was about 1-2 years old, and my mum was putting him in bed, he looked over her shoulder at a wall, and said "what happened to his head". I visited the Forbidden City back in 2000. I had no idea it was considered haunted, but now it explains my experience. We were about to walk into one of the rooms, and as I stepped over the threshold, I froze in fear and literally could not move. My friends asked what was wrong, but I was too embarrassed to say anything. I just stayed out of the room and waited for my friends to finish touring. I felt uneasy the whole time I was there, and could not leave fast enough!

A Women married a man on the 13 of January 2017. The man had been married 6 times before and the only thing he said to her when they were in the house was, don't open the attic door. One day she got home from work earlier than her husband. She thought to herself about opening the door and figuring out what was in there, and with out a second though she opened the door to the attic. I've noticed that a lot of the smaller towns have haunted locations. Though, with them being so small, the fact they are haunted is not that well known outside of the town itself. In my own town, there is three locations that have a form of haunting, the worst being the old school house, where a teacher convinced some students to kill themselves. The building was boarded up, after kids, looking for adventure, went in, to flee in fear. They said a man was in the corner of the main room, trying to convince them to kill each other.

I'm from Romania and i have been in Corvin Castle for like 7 times,is a cool place,u can read on the walls near the fountain the names of turkish soldiers who build it,and they say that names can't be erased from the wall even after several centuries. Is also the garrison,a dark room even in the middle of the day,and i can swear from the first footstep u land in that room u can feel a strange cold on your spine and you want to get out of there. Cool place to visit!
