Love all your picks! I just started a tropical garden this season and it is such a pleasure to grow and enjoy. I'm after a pharaoh's mask colocasia - a very rare plant!

Hi Sophia, I just googled the colocasia you mentioned. it looks beautiful. I was not aware of it. I might buy it too in the future if price comes down!

Thank you for a great selection of plants, I agree with you completely. Yes its Empress Wu, it's supposed to be the biggest hosta, I can maybe send you one when I divide mine in about 6 or 7 weeks time hopefully if you're interested. Also I didn't know cannas could cope with damp ground, that's interesting, I've got a space all ready for them now you've said that.🙂

Hi just csme across to your chanel as I'm just on a step 1 to choose the right plants for my front yard and my back garden. I need lots of advice from you ...but literally you made my research much easier. I'm a huge palm lover but loves equally to bamboo and banana trees. Thanks again for the informative video. Do you recommend any place to buy from local on budget? I'm based in Essex

@@deeartist3656 sometimes b&m store has bamboos at quite reasonable price. I usually find that local garden centre has better price than online. I have bought many plants for palm centre in Richmond and they had 25% off in early spring at the time I was buying. Do try Facebook marketplace as well:) There is a website called big plant nursery but I have never bought from them and they have very good reviews.I am planning to buy from this year.

I planted a pawlonia tomentosa about two years ago. It was about 18inches high, (450mm), it's in a damp area which gets morning and evening sunshine, I've fed it with chicken pellets but it's hardly grown. Any advice? I live in Cornwall so it's warm but wet. Keep up the vids, great stuff😊

Hi Ted, I personally don't have experience with this one. May be try digging in some manure into the mix , this might aid aeration. Also if that doesn't work, I might try more sunnier position. I am so sorry, I really don't have experience with this plant:(

Hi Wesley, thank you for sharing. Yes I have done that previously but no luck, this winter's storage is looking healthy and can't wait to get it out. I am too eager😂.
