Everyone who plays Budokai 3 should at least once up Burtur to the max and give him all the capsules that increase basic attack damage and speed. Thrust me, is hilariously OP!

make a list of most cheesiest fighters. As in fighters that are hard to fight mostly because they have moves that make them in a way unfair to fight. for example yajirobi with the senzu bean and kid goku with the move that makes him auto dodge for a few seconds.

I understand the meaning behind the disclaimer at the beginning of the video about how "This list is based entirely on my opinion" but in that case, I personally don't think you should give them these "Best in the game" titles. By phrasing it like that it gives an impression that you're accurately looking at the data of the game and then listing, in this instance, the characters with the fastest movement/attacking speed when in fact you only seem to list what you *think* are the fastest, since it's based only on your opinion after all, no? It'd be the same as creating a video "Fastest people in the world" and instead of talking about people like Usain Bolt, you'd talk about someone you once lost a race to because it's just based on your opinion.

Trunks ssj armor not making it to the list is a pure shame ! There's also Ssj Vegeta armor, both variation of Ssj Goku as well who are quite fast.

Not trying to be a hater, but, in order from slowest to fastest in the top 10, using the speed statistics used by competitive players and what is found in the code, top 10 are perfect cell, burter, ssj broly, tambourine, janemba, super 17, nouva shenron, devilman, apple, base/super Saiyan armor trunks.

I'm honestly surprised final form frieza was picked over 3rd form.3rd form was moreso speed focused with final being a blend of the previous 2nd and 3rd forms. honestly that is my only issue with the list.
