Thank You , Camron. Your 11 mistakes are really good points. Especially the hardest will be inventory planning and budget calculation. Don't under estimate profit margin calculation , besides Amazon referral fee, FBA fee, product cost and shipping cost , you also need to add in PPC , inspection fee , professional photograph and video cost , Trademark fee and Customer refund etc. I will remind myself to watch your video again every time before I launch a new product.

I've always wondered why wouldn't the person I hired to do the product research take that product themselves and print money from it. Who do you recommend to outsource product research?

Video was recommended in my feed. Glad I watched it. Real good points, especially no. 10. I think it would be good to expand on 10 as a video in its own right! Many of us launch on Amazon expecting to make money on day 3. I never really understood the fundamentals of building over 1 to 2 years. If I had this view I would have done things differently. Live, you learn :)

Hello Camron, great video as always. I am at the point of developing my branding with patience. Your encouragement made me feel better. As a new video idea suggestion, I would say "how to relaunch a product". I have made some critical changes on my product with variation listing, in order to increase conversion rate. After the changes, unfortunately I missed the honeymoon opportunity. Now I am really sure and confident about my product and trying to find ways of relaunching it. Do you think listing my product as a new variation (I want to keep the reviews) would work? Thanks again all input!

I have all my products stuck at home because I have problems with the sku as far as variations. Same products but different styles. I printed sku but I still cannot get a mailing address to send products to Amazon. Amazon is not much help unfortunately. Is it wise to hire someone from Fiverr?
