Courage, my dear! A person is always alone, the sooner ones realizes that, the better, even within the family. So, one has to work on his/her mental health mostly. Healthy lifestyle is fine, but it is a bit difficult in today’s reality and depends on perceptions. What I find important is always stay alert and occupied and exercise your mind, be it through languages, maths equations, even sudoku. Stay healthy, stay focused- we love you Clemence!

I can't pretend to know what you are going through but I do have a condition that leaves me in so much pain that I can't crawl out of bed without a marathon effort. This can last for a couple weeks and life just sucks when it happens. Your health, physical and mental, is so important to your quality of life. Take your time heal and come back when you are ready. You are very intelligent, informative, funny, charming, stunning and I am pretty sure the majority of your subscribers can understand if you need to take time for yourself.

Nice to see one from the Guerlain Aqua Allegoria range get some coverage. They don't get the appreciation they (usually!) deserve. Meanwhile, remember even tears have their uses. If you video yourself crying, all you need to do is then have a video about discontinued favourites and ones where the reformulation hasn't been up to scratch. Frankly, when I think of the number of perfumes I've enjoyed which have been casualties of discontinuation I reckon I'd be able to fill a paddling pool with my tears!
