Outside Amanda i think GDR could've beaten Cyborg so maybe the truth is aforementiones plus Cyborg got a potential suspencion from USADA at that time (she wasn't). Or maybe she was really scared. Cyborg was the most feared women's fighter until that point - even after her loss to Amanda i would say Cyborg's reputation she build prior that would overshadow Amanda's image forever (not actual success), like Mike Tyson's reputation for example. So Cyborg's berserker aura could've possibly put seeds of doubt in GDR's mind.
