I've had no dairy, gluten, alchohol, pork, red meat for 4 days. I start my day with lemon water now, green smoothie and a salad at lunch.

Dr price I been following you for 2 yrs now. You’re a gam changer I’m a fitness trainer and I don’t always eat healthy but. I cut out a lot of stuff. I eat 80% healthy and 20% unhealthy. Haven’t had a soda since 2012 No Milk No juice No alcohol Just water I don’t buy bread or deli meat When I eat pizza I only do cheese Eat nuts like unsalted peanuts and almonds Chicken and whole grain rice. Or salads for dinner Keto yogurt for breakfast I usually skip lunch Although I’m not 100% healthy I think moderation and portion control is. Key

Based on his information I stopped dairy , gluten, added sugar and rice because I felt like stop having rice for a while... I did this for 3 to 4 weeks and I had weightloss my energy level was way up, I no longer felt extremely fatigue and my sinus was not bothering me at all

Thank you❤ My doctor recently took me off High blood pressure medication. Im walking for 15 minutes in the mornings with my dog, again in the afternoon and then evening walks. Im exetcising 5 hours a week in the gym, drinking lots of water. I now drink home made vegetables soup for most breakfast m, which surprisingly is totally filling. But, I love cheese and peanuts, and my morning coffee. This will be the hard bit. I had arthritis fingers, toes and shoulders. Now the arthritis pain is almost gone.

Yea it’s a business most doctors gonna give you medicine and what that medicine will do is hurt you in the long run with the side effects in return the doctor will put you on more medication to cure the side effects of the first medicine it’s a slow death process while they make money off of you during the process

I have made a year and a few days, Dr. Bobby, of being plant-based (fruits, vegetables, nuts [fave], and now seeds] and I only do water, basically!🥰 Until today, I was having a shot of orange juice, but I read the ingredients on the package itself. I needed calcium and it seemed to work so far, better than the supplements, which caused me problems. Also, I was able to start your 14-day detox, Yeah! I do not think they are bad to the taste, well not in consideration of the things I was given as a child that required us to have to stay near the restroom - seasonal body cleaning is what my mama told us, and it worked. We were hardly sick and even when we got the cold, it didn't hit us hard. Anyway, I am enjoying the fact that I connected with you, I finally got at least one of the detox, and that I am not turning back to past eats. Thanks to your content and changing my eating. I have lost 20 pounds in 1 month. I had my first child three years ago and have been struggling to return to my weight before I had him. The first time in three years I was able to loose any weight. Also I feel much better more energy and alert and alot happier. Before I saw one of your videos I was eating terrible because I felt like I didn't have time to prepare meals do to a busy life. So I would just grab fast food all the time. But now I ve actually taken the time to prepare healthy meals. I've saved a lot of money! Thank you sir and God Bless!❤

Look for "raised without rBGH" on milk containers-- (recombinant) Bovine Growth Hormone forces cows to constantly over-produce milk, making them tired and sick (the infections he alluded to). This way you avoid not only the non-human hormone but the antibiotics and pus as well. Organic is an option, should also be grass-fed, but again read the container to be sure. Then there's the alternatives- almond, soy (he says avoid, especially the genetically modified). Oatmilk/coconut milk actually tastes pretty good.

Thank you for starting 2025 off with the 10 Worse Foods. GREAT REMINDER!!! Was Whole Food/Plant Based for 4 years and loss over 40lbs. Kept it off until after the pandemic... Gradually started eating meat (NO PORK) more often; then gradually fast food and recently in Nov started drinking sodas. Though Ive only gained 15 lbs back; at times I feel miserable. Appreciate that you've started the year with this list!!!! A Happy & Healthy New Year to you and your followers!!!!🙂
