Great video. The Russian Dressing I grew up with was like a dark red French Dressing. What you showed is what I know as Thousand Island Dressing. Here's another foreign sounding, but really American food, German Chocolate Cake. German was the inventor's surname. Samuel German

I like the content of the video, but curious about all the clips of movies shows and ads that usually have nothing to do with the topic or don't fit in. Talking about French dressing and show a pepsi commercial and Jim Carey in the mask. I guess you just use it for random filler or something?

"Fajitas originated by Mexicans working close to the border in Texas" - uh no. Those are the decedents of the people that were citizens of Mexico when it was Mexico. They just didn't move. Their families had owned that land and worked it for generations already before it broke off from Mexico in the 1830s. So in that way, while Fajitas does originate in the USA, it's still a Mexican dish. I mean it's just a taco. Sorry it's an overbloated burrito thing up north. Totally not their fault.

Invented by a Mexican, or a British man. I would still call that Mexican or British food because it was influenced by their respectable cultures.
