I think most of these Attitude Era mid-carders did more for wrestling than almost all of the current active roster. Too Cool, Goldust, D'Lo, Al Snow, Gangrel and Val Venis are all hall of famers in my book

I wouldn't call him underated. He held several belts and spent several more years on the payroll after paralyzing another talent. That shows a fair amount of respect on WWE's part and perseverance on his part. A horrible botch accident like that can weigh on a guy for sure.

ds5955 and yea d’lo was amazing back in the day. I’ve always liked dlo. But I wasn’t able to see his return in 08. as wwe was declining, so was my interest. The roster of the attitude era was STACKED. After the attitude era it slipped off because Vince bought wcw and they had no competition to compete with anymore

I haven't watched 1 full episode of wrestling since 2005. It just got boring & predictable. Plus social media ruined surprise returns.

The rock only became big because of stone colds surgery. Once Austin had to leave , the rock pretty much took over Austin’s story line. Stealing a lot of what Austin had already showed us. The rock is obviously an all time great but I noticed his transformation from rocky maivia to the rock was strictly stealing what Austin had already done

Personally I don’t think Goldust belongs on this list, maybe under-utilized but not forgotten, his outfit and personality alone are memorable, if anything the booking they gave him is what’s forgettable, I’m just glad aew is putting him to good use.
