+Kendall Benbow That's not what OP meant. You can actually paint Simply Peel on your nail over polish (with some overlapping onto the skin so you have something to grab) then paint over it and peel it off, similar to how you use tape or decals.

+Kendall Benbow No, not as a base coat. On top of a base of color polish, to make designs. Like nail vinyls. Trust me, it works - the instructions that come with Simply Peel tell you you can do it. They do also say some people use it as a peel off base and that doing that takes some trial and error, but that's not what we're talking about.
