I'm English age 51. I regularly date young men in their 20s. People who meet me and don't know my age assume I'm around 32. Avoid the sun always.. drink lots of water, eat lots of fish and start a good skincare from the age of 11 as I did. Always use a good eye cream and don't forget moisturiser your neck.

I'm 77 and don't worry too much about looking young as long as I look good! I spend money on a good haircut, simple, well cut, quality clothes (no flashy designer labels - luxury is a private pleasure); I take care of my skin and teeth and wear minimal make up but always a flattering lipstick - and I stay interested in the world and the people in it. Engage with everyone, listen to their stories - there is no such thing as an ordinary life.

That is true. I’ve also include Heliocare with my other daily supplements. I’m 50.
@can.du.81164 жыл бұрын
That’s entirely not true. Let’s be real. Key is in your DNA & protective properties in your skin, like oil, moisturizers, sunscreens, melanin are protective to the skin. Diet, vitamins & exercise are very good but they’re not the main key. You could do all of that & still look your age or older depending on your other activities. (Sleep, caffeine, alcohol, smoking, drugs) Makeup is a camouflage and not your true face. So we can’t look at people with makeup on & say they look young. I know thin people who do & don’t exercise and overweight people too & all of them look different in their face. I don’t exercise, my diet is not ‘healthy’ because I don’t eat veggies every week, not a lot of water, eat anything that I want including fast food. I’m 46 years old look over 10 years younger, 5’5, 129lbs with 3 kids. I believe it’s definitely inheritance factors are key and natural moisturizers for skin, free of caffeine, alcohol & drugs and get enough sleep at night.

Been wearing the same high-end saddle brown leather hobo for almost 20 years... until the zipper broke the other week. I almost cried right in the store. It was a gift bc at the time I would have never spent $400 on a bag but over the years I really learned why you invest in pieces like that. I got compliments often on it & it “broke in” beautifully. Maybe I can get the zipper fixed??? If not, the hunt is on for the next 20 year bag! Great video; thank you!

Hi Frederique 💗 I think to stay young; be happy, kind and giving. When people complain, they look unhappy, older, sound bitter. That doesn't mean you disregard your true feelings. But deal with them in private and put your best self out there in the world. Dressing nicely is always a good one. I too love, love, love bright coloured shoes. They're just fun and playful. Yes. A good bag to go with your nice outfit and yes! Good skincare! I'm turning 60 in two days and no one believed my age. Just be yourself and the very best you can xxxx

I started to tell people my age after I turned 65 which was years ago. I tell my age for two reasons: to motivate women to get fit, not to be afraid growing older and to shock men just for fun :). I know that I look much younger, especially my body. How much younger I look I do not truly know but if to believe medical community it would be presently 15-18 years younger. I started working out with weights in my teens when it was unheard of for a female:).

Bonjour Frederique, I have a confession to make. I love, love, love your videos and follow you on instagram because love the fashion etc but also because you remind me of the fabulous women I used to work with in France in my thirties. Sabine, Francoise, Sylvie no idea where they are now and I miss their typically french style and attitude. I have travelled and worked a lot in my career, which is now over, and I have always been really interested in fashion and style. I found each country has their own little ways of adding style but my favourite is French. Please keep up the good work, also lived in Perth WA for a couple of years and love Australia too. The most important thing for me in your fashion videos is that I too am 5ft 2in and it is really good to find someone who thinks about this and your advise is so good!

I’m 46 and people think I’m in my late 20’s to early 30’s. Most everyone in my family look younger than their age including both of my parents. My key is getting enough sleep, my oily skin, no alcohol, no drugs, no smoking, no coffee or caffeine products. No makeup since I was in my mid 30’s. I was having acne breakouts & was trying to cover them up with makeup so in my mid 30’s I decided to let my skin get used to no makeup so it can age gracefully without products clogging my pores. I’m low maintenance and only use one face wash mixed with peroxide, Retin A at night, one moisturizer, sunscreen & lip moisturizer. And I’m done. Peace.

You're right, Frederique, age is a state of mind. I'm 61 and I have more energy than a lot of people half my age. When I hear someone who's only 20 saying "oh, I'm tired", I'm like "if you haven't got energy now, when will you have?" 😀

Speaking of colors, I love the color of your shirt today. You look very beautiful in it - radiant. It must be one of your colors. And the glasses are super cute on you! 😍

“Keep the flowers in the vase, Not on your skin.” Too late for me, I literally have flowers on my skin,, three big peonies are tattooed on my upper back.😂😂😂Otherwise, excellent tips.

I’m 54 and love big flowers on my dresses and blouses. I wear fuschia pink and bright yellows together but with grey jeans and patent black doc Martin Boots. The opposite to your advice and yet I get lots of great feedback from strangers ...I’m told I look in my early 40’s.... in truth the monochrome colours that suit you so well, do not for me at all.... I won’t be the only one ..if I took your advice re dressing then I would look older .... but I would look sexier! So you have something there! Other advice re skin hair shoes bags sounds good..... I would add Drink plenty of water to improve your skin, Exercise to keep the ripples down! And the biggest youthful advice ..... BE HAPPY ..... and if you’re not, which is all of us at some point, then make decisions quickly, put yourself higher up the importance list, and take a path towards happiness ASAP! Love the vids F.... you are hilarious ❣️

Me too! Love flowers and colours! Fushia, orange, yellow , especially in summer:)
@nicolasmith14604 жыл бұрын
Ozziecatsmom yes summer is right. In the winter I go almost exclusively charcoal! Adding fuschia cardigan or scarf. Or winter white hat scarf gloves. Red dresses. I’ve no idea why but I’ve always done it. No one told me to do it. My family doesn’t. My mother dresses like F. But it’s never suited me. But it does them. I’m more bohemian I suppose....mind you when I do dress like F men do notice .... so she’s on to something I think!

J't'aime, J' taime, J'taime!!!!! Love your videos!!!!! Love your direct information and your sense of humor! I am American and I have lived in Europe some years ago and got to visit again. I've enjoyed Paris, Aix en Provence and St. Remy! I totally agree about the make up, in Fact I discovered tinted moisturizer by Neutrogena some years ago, I always wear it! also, I do eye liner and masacara and lip color even if I am only doing mundane errands! I love to wear pearl earrings and a long strand of pearls or just a short necklace. You are doing a magnificent service, I thoroughly enjoy your videos, please continue always! Thank you!
