I have recently purchased D&G The One Grey. It’s a fresher take on the original, as has been stated in reviews. But my wife loves this! I’ve worn it twice and she really enjoys this fragrance. I am also impressed with it. I’d seen the reviews and saw where most said it was uninspiring, but while it doesn’t wow you; it does smell great. I feel it can be worn anytime, anywhere. Also, lived this video. My favorite in this list is Eau Fraiche YSL- great fragrance!

I love prada lhomme and have all the flankers except absolu. They can keep that one. I brought a back up bottle because we all can see the end coming. I will probably put my bottle of Prada lhomme intense in a safe deposit box. It's a slow the death for the line. I will eventually move on to Givenchy gentleman line because I❤the da Iris, man.

So This spring/summer I was looking at more fresh and aromatic scents, less sweet and aquatic. I was thinking PDM Sedley, I like the scent but the performance seems hit or miss. Y eau fraiche is next on my list to try. Their Y EDP was probably my most complimented fragrance last summer, but is a bit to sweet for me.

Got Sedley few weeks ago and it does not perform well, however those 3-4 hours are fantastic, just wish it performed as well as Layton. I would say get it and maybe with warmer weather the scent will last a bit longer.

@@JSn00py I did last year, a decant. It’s definitely the more refined and mature version of many blue fragrances, but I don’t think it’s as aromatic as I want. In YSL they have juniper and mint notes, and Sedley has rosemary and mint. Perceval was for sure beast mode though, at only 2-3 sprays at that.

@@carter31ful I can smell it a few hours later and I can smell it on my clothes when doing the wash. I did have someone complement me from 10 feet away at work. I usually spray two times on my front shirt from 6” away. I usually start getting allergic reactions from any per farms or scented things on my skin, so I don’t usually use it….it may perform differently on skin.

Oh I don't know. I'm going to have to say the best from Michael Malul is Jet Black Engima. ;=) lol It really is a great scent. BTW...Ocean Noir is in stock and I just bought a bottle. Got to build up that warm month collection. I recently picked up Acqua Essenziale from a rack store for cheap. Love the mint in it. Very refreshing. Prada L'Homme has been out of stock at discounters. But I did pick up Prada L'Homme L'Eau from a discounter. My nose can't tell much of a difference. They both are amazing clean scents.

I do not get the comparison to Sauvage from the Cool Water Parfum. That one is like if Cool Water decided to take a bath in a nice, clean, slightly green vetiver and added the ever so smallest hint of ambroxan. It does not smash you in the face with ambroxan like Sauvage does. Also, I picked both of my 50ml bottles up at TJ Maxx for 24.99 each. So there's that too. And agree on Bois De Vetiver. That stuff is killer for the price tag.

The widely spread recommendation of Versace pour Homme really annoys me. I am among those who get an egg kind of smell from it, which is ultimately offputting and unbearable. That is a fragrance that I would take out of that "clean" bag of options to recommend in general for everyone. Maybe include even Versace's own Man Eau Fraiche, which is in fact similar to D&G Light Bleu Eau Intense for Women, another excellent option. Or Dunhill Century, or Mugler Cologne. But not Versace pour Homme.

@@idawson998 And that's another, D&G Light Blue Eau Intense for Men is one I cannot stand either, after several attempts resmelling it over the years. Both of those I ultimately do not like and would not recommend in general, since I dislike both not only on my skin but also on paper (but on my skin it's even worse.) Again the women's version of the D&G is great though, somewhat similar to Versace Man Eau Fraiche, both really quite unisex.
