Namaste Ma'am , I started Full moon rituals since march 2023. Then I was bed ridden due to the cartilage breakage in my knee. By the end of March, I was able to walk. Even the doctor was surprised. Thanks a million, Nitti ji for guiding selflessly. I missed the full moon ritual las month due to cloudy night. I found that I became too much emotional.
