Yes, it is very touching. It aired only once, during the 2002 Super Bowl, to avoid making profit with it, as they said. In 2011, there was an update version of the commercial. It's still very famous and on KZbin.

If you are referring to the title, it's because I like the idea of bonus material that suprises the viewers in a unexpected and positive way. Also, my video is no "top 10", it's just "10 funny" because there many more funny and excellent commercials that are not included. I find these "top of the world" and "best of all times" videos annoying - nobody can watch so many commercials to select the best - so I kind of make fun of these titels with my "What would the top 10 be ..." by showing there is always another commercial that is also very good and a "top 10" is absurd.
