Honestly some of these barely count as complete games, let alone something we should have to pay full price or any amount of money for. For this list, we’ll be calling out the games that easily could have been paid or free DLC but were instead given a full release or worse, labeled as a sequel. In this video, these barely counted as full experience such as Halo 3: ODST, Infamous: Second Light, and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II and many others that deserve to hang their head in shame. I don’t agree with your take uneducated guess on Mario Party The Top 100, I actually don’t mind it, it’s fine thank you very much, plus I wouldn’t get a Nintendo Switch when it was first released and I wasn’t in a rush to get the console quickly, I was doing fine with the 3DS and Xbox One by that point, Mojoplays, WatchMojo in general are a bunch of losers and want to make me upset in any way you people can.

Farcry 3: Blood Dragon shouldve been on thia list. Don't agree with the cod take fully. I do think some of the titles could have been bundled into expansions for the previous title but not the ones that drastically change the gameplay.

I don't mind Infamous First Light being a standalone game. It started Sony's streak of releasing smaller interquel games like Uncharted: Lost Legacy and Spider-Man Miles Morales. I honestly wish we'd get more games like this.

Completely agree, it wasn’t a bad game by any means, just too short. Capcom justified the price by adding Resistance to it, which was mediocre at best. Capcom needs to stop trying to make Resident Evil multiplayer. It just doesn’t work, and it’s not why people buy these games. It’s not Left 4 Dead or Dead by Daylight, nor should it try to be.

Resident Evil 3 Remake should have been an expansion of Resident Evil 2. It was too short, and they cut too much out from the original, including the church level, the tentacled version of Nemesis and the Grave Digger. It was OK, but it wasn’t worth the price Capcom was asking for. They should have dedicated their time to making the game truer to the original rather than spending half of it on a mediocre multiplayer game nobody wanted.

I'm glad that Mirage was its own game. Much like Unity back in 2014, Mirage felt like a return to form for the series and a stark reminder that the Assassin's Creed series could still return to its roots after how much Odyssey and Valhalla deviated

Far Cry New Dawn. It just felt like an expansion pack of Far Cry 5. It's pretty, and I'm up for a Far Cry style post-apocalyptic scenario, but it just felt like an expansion pack to me and not a full game.

Personally think that in regards to ODST, the main reason it came out as its own game instead of just being an add-on to Halo 3 was because Bungie (pre-fall from grace) decided to change the core mechanics of health & shields since lore-wise, ODSTs are no where near as tough or endurable as Master Chief (no augmentations or energy shields). Thus they changed certain core systems (like adding back health kits) to accommodate the lore accuracy. Is it a short experience, sure. But given how it was just a smaller team behind it while most of Bungie were starting off on Reach, ODST was in a way meant to satisfy the Halo fandom & the Microsoft shareholders till Reach was ready.

Okay in defense of the Force Unleashed II, the game was being developed while Disney was buying Lucas Arts and the Star Wars properties, and Mouse was going to cancel any unfinished Games (perfect example being 1313) so the guys working on the game pretty much said F it, we're getting this out no matter what so if you want to be mad at someone for how the Force Unleashed II turned out, be mad at Disney for what they've done to Star Wars

Dishonored: Death of the Outsider should be included. It’s pretty much all but confirmed that it originally was going to be dlc for Dishonored 2. The game itself is decent, but the distribution is so scummy. It’s clearly a glorified dlc that they’ve sold for the same price as the original game, despite it having significantly less content.

Back in the day when ODST dropped, no Xbox 360 download was even 1GB. It probably SHOULD have been DLC but that wasn't an option back then.

Yeah I bought it as the stand-alone when it was on sale; it was actually the first Infamous game that I had played at that point. It was only a few years later when Infamous and Infamous 2 were available as PS Plus freebies that I got around to playing them.

If i remember correctly, Infamous 1st light was only around $10 and it was kind of a prequel, so it didn't really spoil any major plot points in Infamous 2. It could've been DLC, but I dont think it really hurt being a standalone either

In fairness to InFamous Last Light, it was the price of a DLC anyways. I kinda like how it was detatched from the main game. Being able to launch it separately, different trophies to reach plat, etc.

Y'all must not research these vids ahead of time. ODST WAS a DLC at one point, but was converted to a standalone for 1 of 2 reasons. Bungie higher ups say Microsoft made them, but there were rumblings that it was so they could count it as a full release to fill contractual obligation to MS and get away from them faster

AC Mirage was actually fun,sure they could've released with a lot more content in the base version and had more post launch content,but I had fun with it,I only paid $30 on Amazon last month,took my time with it,did everything before I finished it 💯 and it took me about 24-25hrs to complete,not bad for my $30,hopefully the next AC is better and has way more content in it like Valhalla and Odyssey,I can only hope at this point though lol

So much irony with the Force Unleashed franchise. The first game was a great game if playing on the cross platform HD consoles, but the Wii version was a butchered port. But for Force Unleashed 2, the opposite was true. It was seen as an inferior sequel if you played most versions, but the Wii version had a more unique twist on the story that made more sense. And the gameplay also had more innovative features; specially motion controls working really well with the duel lightsabers. Also, the competitive multiplayer mode was actually fun in that version, even if it was subpar with Smash bros. Also, Call of Duty at #2 and every Sports franchise at #1, I agree since every single entry just feels like overpriced shovelware that are essentially copy/pastes of the same game. But I hate those franchises and the companies that make them to the point where I wish they would just die at this point.

I can understand the sports yearly releases. But only the ones that have retired players. You have to have rights to those players. If you lose those rights it doesn't make sense to have them deleted from the game. I don't necessarily think $70 for them makes sense. But I at least understand the need for yearly releases.

I never liked sports games to start with. My dad used to play Madden NFL back in the day, and yeah, I'd watch him play them, even offered me to play one, but I rejected. As far as Call of Duty, fuck CoD. No offense to the people that actually do like Call of Duty, but I lost respect for the series overtime. I nowadays prefer Ace Combat, as Ace Combat has been very near and dear to my heart since I was 12!

Need to do ur research mate, cos thats the formula every FC game has followed. FC3 comes out, then Blooddragon follows and is essentially a big DLC for it. FC4 comes out, and Primal follows with the same map, then FC5 comes out and we get New Dawn.
