My favorite honestly is Philly Cheese steak! Onion, green bell pepper, rib-eye, mushroom and 4 slices of white American ( also called brick) cheese .Served in a french type bread or baguette. Thin slice the meat and onions and mushrooms, peppers and fry on a pan or flat- top grill adding chili powder, salt and pepper. Lightly toast the bread, put 4 slices of white cheese and add the meat, onion mushroom and bell pepper filling. *Warning, you won't eat another sandwich that compares to it. Ever.

Mmmh, everything looked so delicious. Very good recommendations, just love it. Schmalz is my favourite, in Berlin you have that on a special role called Schusterjunge, it's a role made of rye flour. It's so good. One of my grandaunts in Poland, she made that fantastic fried cheese with caraway seeds. I don't know the name, but it was so good on her bread.

Thank you for sharing, highly appreciated.👍 I don’t know so many dishes & recipes before; just made the one with egg & green onions; I’ll try more. The last one is looked like luxurious, maybe served at supper. Now I stay at Taiwan temporarily, I found there’re many fruits here; referring to pizzas, I’ll try to put some pieces of fruits to see what taste will be. Usually I learn the traditional & make new changes, similar to R&D, wish no failure.😀 Looking forward to your next videos. Have a nice season.❤️

Clemens Wilmenroth was a tv-actor. In the 50's many goods were exported from Germany to the US. The USA ordered, that Germany had to by American goods. Canned pineapples had been one of them. Toast Hawaii had been created, to make that uncommon fruit popular in Germany. Sometimes I cook such a toast with fresh pineapple, good ham and gruyere cheese. And of course nothing on top.
