That oscillating tool is a MUST HAVE! Can't tell you how many times I have used it for work and for my own displays for my company! Best tool invention!

These are excellent suggestions. I have those exact picks and I use them all the time. The straight one has a dedicated spot in the little belt pouch I keep with me when doing small DIY stuff. Have a pair of end nippers in there too actually.

Matt - I would have added a good head lamp. Personally, I like the Klein Tools head lamp, which is a band of light and puts out different levels of light

As a DIYer that is trying to do all the work on my house myself if possible, one of the biggest things I need is just a way to organize my tools because half the time I’m spending is just looking for the tools I need hahaha

I feel your pain, I've got tools and supplies in my garage, pole barn, and basement. Inevitably I'll be working in the house and I need 1 tool from the pole barn. Then 15 mins later I need 1 more tool from there or maybe it's in the basement? Oh wait no I think it's in the garage... recently I've started making job specific tool bags using the bags that come with power tools. I've got a small bag for electrical work that has a 12 in 1 screwdriver, strippers, tape etc. I've got another one for generic tools like pliers, small level, tape measure and so on, I've got on for power tools and batteries, next I need to get another one for a plumbing bag. This is proving to be pretty useful for smalls tools cause I identify a job and likely tools needed and just grab the bag(s) I need and they're small enough and light enough to carry up stairs and into attics and such. At one point I tried putting everything into a roll around tote but it was just too heavy to handle stairs and barely could get through doorways. Still haven't figured out the bigger stuff like saws and stuff.

Yes! Totes. Even if everything is all mixed up in 1 tote it's a central location. I prefer multiple totes inside of a large one to seperate items.
