Hey guys, I just tried that chicken breast one (tested with one breast ) but used a third jar of spaghetti sauce. Also I used slices of mozz cheese instead of grated so it won't melt so fast while the chicken cooks through well. It's real easy & I'm surprised but it turned out really good! It would be good with mashed potatoes and/or green beans I think.

You should never put raw chicken on a wooden chopping board, as it cannot be 'fully sterilised' in say a dishwasher, ( as the wooden joints would come apart, and / or the wood stain would be ruined,) use a synthetic board at all times with chicken that can be and should be fully sterilised.... salmonella (is present in chicken meat,) it is a killer!

Try a dessert like Mango Graham cake. Using M.Y. San Grahams, condensed and evap milk, all purpose cream.. Layer by layer like a lasagna. The good thing is you don't have to cook. Just do it and refrigerate. And the toppings are sliced mangoes. It's pretty popular in my country. Kindly check in Google the exact and more detailed procedure on how to make it.
