I am this kind of guy but duo to depression i just lost my self for years. Whenever I tried to get back i fall into dark again and again because of sadness in my heart. I achieved what i wanted but still i weren't fully happy. In the end i tried to fight with couse of my depression and only a day before yesterday I did it... Now j again do workout again and enjoy this beautiful Life again without worrying about my past experiences

Sounds like pure Fantasy and Idealistic. Unfortunately people are inherently flawed by their parenting, education, life experiences. In today's culture people are conditioned to belong, hence gang culture and social pressure to belong. These pressures to belong...be irresistible in other words make people unhappy with themselves because they are neglecting their authentic selves and they are failing to practice self care, I.e (prioritising their needs mentally for instance); adequately to be likable as they are internally unhappy from the societal pressure to join a 'gang,' or be seen as likable. Actually what really matters is respecting yourself enough to be respectful to others. Good manners never grow old. But that means not accepting people pressuring you to act inauthentically or to be seen desperate to be liked. The question is simply, why spend time agonising about being liked? Instead you should be more concerned with finding the right people, the right environment that you fit in flawlessly as you share values. You can't be liked by everyone, personalities differ and that's okay...to be different. Just find where you belong instead of denying yourself, and from there be effective as a member of society, caring for others who may not meet up with your values but in a limited way. Your power group are those you share values with.
