Irresistible people are genuine, vulnerable & humble, relatable and have a healthy sense of themselves. They tend to have a Light inside of themselves that shines bright. People gravitate towards these people and feel comfortable around them.

Not sure how true that is. It's a mixed bag. Equally, I have found narcissistic people like Donald Trump have an irresistible charisma that have audiences fawning around them hanging on every word which turn out to be pure fake because they are trying to seize the agenda and ensure they remain the centre of attraction in plain sight.

People naturally (and unconsciously) mirror the body language of the person they’re talking to. If you want people to find you irresistible, smile at them during conversations and they will unconsciously return the favor and feel good as a result.

There’s a massive difference between being presentable and being vain. Irresistible people understand that making an effort to look your best is comparable to cleaning your house before company comes-it’s a sign of respect for others. But once they’ve made themselves presentable, they stop thinking about it.

Wow... I usually do all these things without thinking about it. Except the confident silence... Too often I feel the need to fill the empty space of silence, unless someone is going through something emotionally hard, then I have empathy for what they are going through.

Being genuinely interested. Being a good listener. Asking relevant questions. Being yourself. Your words should have substance. A smile. And admit when you don't know. Non judgmental and when you don't agree on an issue - DON'T say that - instead ask how they came to that decision. No ego. No useless small talk. Asking how you can help - most times they want someone to listen.

I can agree with the first three things, if you look and smell like you didn't shower for a month or so, there's little chance people are as attracted to you, even if your character is made of gold. But money...Well, money indeed is appealing to some, but you see, people who care so much about how many colors your papers have might not be the best use of your time.

This is true. I’ve tried to be open and candid (not to the point of cringey or psychotic or anything) but some people do indeed see that as a turn off. For some reason It’s like they think that being open is a sign of desperation. It’s too bad. Just trying to open up and make them more comfortable to open up.

Same goes for other things, I'll say "theres no way I'll get that job" but still try.my hardest. But this guy to me is very smart and is very accurate in ways others in this field would leave out or just not know.

Fun facts but I am probably doing all of these and have most of all the qualities- didn't know that I was irresistible then!! And if I can be so can you all... it's just shifting the mind set to think bout others and just be your genuine authentic self - flaws n all! I wish anyone reading this be irresistible too.

Weird….you can’t be a leader and be a quiet confident. Listen to your first item and the second item. I don’t think “quiet confidence” isn’t the correct title. It’s more accurate to say “humble or humility”.
