Just found your channel and have watched a few videos. So useful! I get married in 4 months and feel like I’m finalising all the little fine details so this is helping me focus on what’s important xx

Loved your hacks, I'm gonna marry in 23 days. Your hack about being some time alone was one amazing idea for me (introvert bride). Thank you.

Yes to eating something before the ceremony! My friend almost passed out because no one had checked to make sure she actually ate something. Her MOH got some Cesear salads for us to have for lunch but later she admitted to only having one bite then just moving the greens around because she didn't want to eat it. With a tight fitting dress, standing in heels for 20 minutes or so and then not even drinking water either, it was a recipe for disaster. It was caught by the minister on time and someone rushed a chair over to her and she sat for the rest of the ceremony.

Great videos! Thank for the tips , I am getting married in about 60 days! The section where the camera zooms in, then out on its own was actually perfect timing for dramatic emphasis on what you were saying. Then it like pulled back to normal 😂, it was kinda perfect & if you didn’t say anything I may not have noticed

I have step-parents so I’m wondering if you have any ideas on how to include them in the wedding 💒💕

This is why we are having a ceremony at our favorite park and everyone else can watch via stream. The whole thing takes 10 mins of extreme stress and then we’re whisked away home where everyone can send our website donations!! It’s great!! F the wedding industry and do what you REALLY want…. That’s the best advice! ✌🏼

As a personal trainer and in school for being a dietician....eating breakfast is suchhhhhh outdated information I don't even understand why it's still being taught. There are hundreds and hundreds of studies on the benefits of fasting. I fast 2-5 days at a time FREQUENTLY and I don't feel any effect. I will be eating something light the morning of my wedding so my stomach doesn't growl up there lol BUT it's not "super super important" like you're making it out to be. Ur gonna be hungry if u don't eat and ur used to eating....that's it.

As someone with both a bachelors and masters in nutrition and with only 9 weeks left of my dietetic internship, I hope that your further education in this program can help correct this mindset cause it is not going to be one that is wise to take with you into this profession

It might be alright for you but it’s not alright for everyone

Because most couples end up missing eating lunch or dinner due to the business of the wedding day, not because they're dieting.

I'm not eating breakfast. I'll have snacks in my bridal suit just in case because my wedding is a late evening event. To each it's on. I'm a puffer so I'll start to pug so fasting will be my thing leading up to my wedding
