The MM2h visa is valid for 10 years, after which new conditions may be applied if extended. Purchasing a house with the MMH2 visa offers no exit strategy, as selling the property within this period incurs significant penalties. Old banking people seem to have sat down round a table togetehe rto see how they could give people from foreign lands a hard time.

Be very careful with buying Malaysia property - the developer might have a PLS scheme where you CAN'T SELL.

Allow me to share my experience in purchasing mlysia property Mine is developer sale As advertised developer absorb stamp duty, legal fees etc However i ended up paid MOT, state levy, legal fees etc 2ndly, the loan is based on SPA. For Singapore, we based on the nett price, we don hv the term SPA
