Okay now I’ve watched this (actually listened without watching, I found it much better that way) I have a few thoughts on some of the points. 1. Sometimes the negative people are family and you love them and don’t want to ditch them. I’ve decided to avoid certain topics with them and to keep it relentlessly positive. 2. The bank account thing is genius, I’ve done it for years but only for boring things. I’m going to add fun accounts. 3. Taking someone you admire for lunch. More genius. 4. A team: I would be nowhere without the very few people I have with me. 5. Lists for goals! Love it. Gotta love a diary. 6. Sharing a business idea with the relevant parties so that it doesn’t slip into the ether with all the others. Thank you Daniel, more gold!

I almost didn't watch this. YOU ARE BY FAR the most clear actionable steps biz teacher I HAVE EVER FOUND. YOu and Gary V. but even he is not always as granular. Thank you as someone with no entrepreneurs or well to do family or mentors. But start a team is one that is not always feasible if we are not well resourced monetarily...

Inviting mentors to lunch is genius, real connections always bring the best advice.

Important eliminate those people who don't share your thinking or who are just negative generally, did that a few months ago and subsequently things have turned around for me as well.

Hi Daniel, I admire you very much. I have failed in several aspects and one is to have a team in place. The creation of a system and placing team players into the movement is critical because prior to start, there's need to be a proven proof of concept and a team to back the planning and execution. I cant hire a team, Ive never hired employees and that might be my fear to outpass, might not know the result and current aspect may be keeping me from advance to next stage. Huge fan and thank you for the great content ( and the books as well ) !!

Always brilliant advice Dan, your interview and money advice is always the most popular on my 'Money Gym' podcast - still! Love the idea of carrying your 'day rate' around with you.

Love the content, David! Thank you! How do I convince my partner that we need to team? We are 14 years in the business, but totally start up as a structure.

Don't. Lead from the front, much less wearing than trying to drag others other with you.

Thank you Daniel for another very useful lesson! I have already tried some of your tips and they really work. But your opinion about a business team seems somehow limiting, especially in comparison with MJ DeMarco's technologies. How do you think one can grow out of the asphalt of a 9-5 job? Do you have such experience and effective solutions? I would be glad to hear your recommendations.

Daniel I love your message and my husband and I are obsessed with all things Daniel. Any chance we could have less frenetic videos? I find it very distracting. I don’t know, maybe others love this style.

Hey Daniel! I've noticed that whenever I have more cash on me, I end up spending more without even thinking about it! Is that a normal thing, or do you have any tips on how to manage it better?
