That scene in Baazigar is why Shahrukh became a movie star. The moment he threw an innocent college lady (who was madly in love with him) off the terrace in a brutal manner and shocked the whole nation ... audiences knew that someone special has entered the cinema space. Shahrukh's unconventional choices of roles made him the reigning king of Hindi cinema. My favorite Khan will always be Salman .. but I have massive respect for SRK and what he has been for cinema.
