The airport in Dubai and the dubai marina tower will both be completed. The rest, probably not. The current airport in dubai is in major need of being replaced and has been for over a decade. The entire UAE knows this. This is why they started making this airport in the desert. The airport will be big but it wont be much bigger than many other airports that already exist. Just look at somewhere like Chicago O'hare or Beijing capital airport. The main difference with al maktum airport will be the terminal size.

There's at least 3 that are so far along only something catastrophic would prevent their completion. 2 towers in the UAE and the Sagrada Familia for sure, probably the French Triangle, and probably a variation that's significantly shorter of the planned Oklahoma City skyscraper. I doubt they get that to 1907 ft tall, but could easily see them finding a way to make something 1100 or 1200 ft tall.
