Hey Kim! I want to give you a heads up about washed potatoes. I'm a spud (potato) farmer myself. If you are able to buy the potatos that hadn't been washed, it's much better for you. I'm not sure about other countries but here in Australia, the amount of chlorine, bleach and other harmful chemicals that have to go into a machine with the water to wash the spuds is unbelievable. The protocols farmers have to abide by to sell washed potatoes are quite shocking. If you are worried about the dirt, just use a disposable glove and wash the spuds in the sink with a scrub brush. Try this Kim. It’s called Dominican Pork. Use pork loin or pork chops or pork shoulder, mojo criollo sour orange marinade ( you can find it everywhere in the Latin aisle), sazon, minced garlic, s+p, a lil cilantro sliced red onion and Italian dressing in a ziploc bag!!! Then take a lil oil and minced garlic and sauté some of that same marinade and cook some black beans in it, then eat with some white rice and some tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion marinated in Italian dressing and minced garlic. And if your extra fry up some sweet plantains to go with it 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Just gotta say, I used to think the clippy bag holders were unnecessary, too. Decided to do freezer meals with a friend a few years ago and she had them and WOW! I couldn’t get on Amazon fast enough! Just this morning I divvied up three big 5 lb bags of shredded cheese into 1 lb bags to freeze. I used my bag holders and was, once again, reminded of how glad I was to have them!

I love your outfit in this video, you look adorable! So, last week we found some (what we thought) was frozen chili so we decided to have that for dinner one night. Once it thawed out I knew it wasn't chili, thought it was taco meat nope. Then I thought oh it's probably spahgetti meat sauce. I didn't have a clue what it was lol! We didn't label it lol! If you have anything silicone, that will help with the garlic skin too. Silicone oven mitts or that square thing that comes with the mitts, like a trivet. Just rub them like you did but with the mitts, easier on the hands amd works for us.

Oven roasted squash. I just cut them in half skin on. Scoop seeds out. Salt pepper and butter I use imperial butter. Or my homemade butter. Bake in oven on 350 for 30 min or till squash is fork tender.
