Dave picking the 76ers to follow would be fun. They have Harden who you guys are familiar with from all the videos, Embiid has been an mvp runner up a couple years in a row now, and Maxey is a blossoming young player as well. It’d be cool if you guys reacted to why Embiid is the unluckiest player in the nba. He had a unique come up into the league and an odd career so far.

That offensive rating is an amalgamation of offensive stats and it really favors efficiency. And Rudy Gobert is known for his defense, but because he only takes a few shots a game that are all around the rim, his rating gets bolstered to the top.

@@a-a-rondavis9438 Wrong. There's plenty of things you can use to get great advantages. Hell even something as simplistic as TRT is a very promintent and effective PED for people as they age. @QUEEN VON 👸 DEAD AHA I mean it's pretty much a given at this point. Chael Sonnen (MMA fighter) even says he knows what he takes. But honestly the NBA's drug testing program sucks and it's just for the image. Think about it like this, Lebron gets caught taking HGH. The company reports that they found him testing postive for it to the NBA. What incentive does the NBA have to suspend Bron for 20+ games? They'd lose massive amounts of money doing so AND their image would get ruined. Which will cost them even more money.

Messi, Ronaldo, Tom Brady, and every veteran NFL kicker lol, just to name a few. Any sport where you can play into your early 40s, wouldn't be hard, as most go pro by early 20s. Sports where you skip college, especially basketball and soccer, can start at 16-18, so just have to last til late 30s.
@SmokeyJoeWood1732 жыл бұрын
Daz is on the right track at the end. What really makes LeBron's stat impressive isn't really the difficulty of scoring 10 points--most high-level scorers will get you 25-30 per game. Part of it is durability, LeBron's been phenomenal in that department over his career, though less so recently due to his age. Another big one is discipline: The other major reason you'd come out of a game is a foul DQ (6 personal fouls in one game), technical foul DQ (2), or flagrant foul DQ (one flagrant 2 or two flagrant 1s). LeBron's pretty good at not jawing at refs too much (and gets some special treatment, of course) and isn't an aggressive, dirty defender so he doesn't have a lot of flagrant trouble. But his ability to avoid fouling out is incredibly impressive since a personal foul DQ really isn't all that rare and LeBron's only ever had 8 in his whole career. Dave, if you want to pick a team everyone hates it would be Lakers or Celtics. Just know that being an Eagles/Celtics fan would be really weird in America since the 76ers and Celtics fans hate each other and Pats and Eagles fans aren't too fond of each other either.

What's HIGHLY misleading about LeBron's streak of 10pt games is that they only include regular season games, not playoffs or Finals. LeBron James infamously choked many times in the playoffs-- one of the biggest choke jobs was during the 2011 NBA FInals vs the underdog Dallas Mavericks, when in Game 4 he only scored 8 points. His Miami Heat would lose in 6.
