For me is Diomonde (shoker),fast tall and very strong but most importantly Professional and I wanna give two shout out to Pavlovic and Baidoo from RB Salzburg. Monster of a duo this two,you can get both of them under 30M

Jose Cordoba before he sign for Norwich. Always add Bulgarian league just to buy him from Levski Sofia. Also really like Jose Marsa, he is maybe more natural for defensive midfield, but always buy him to be my defender and he is excellent.

Alessandro Marcandelli, plays at Genoa but is on loan first season and you can get him on a pre contract first season!

Why aren't Virgil Van Dijk, Luke Shaw, Ruben Dias, Ronald Araujo good defenders? Please, can someone explain to me? Honestly I didn't look at their stats, I just found their names in "best defenders" lists. *Edit:* Also Jude Bellingham and Declan Rice maybe.
