Technically, the musician Paul Revere's actual birth name was Paul Revere Dick; he simply dropped his last name in order to create his historically resonant stage name in service of the band's gimmick, which entailed dressing in Revolutionary War-style uniforms as a sort of American 'counterattack', if you will, to the musical 'British Invasion' then sweeping U.S. shores. ...At least, that's the _official_ story. I prefer to believe Paul dropped his surname simply because he didn't want anyone to know he was a Dick.

If you’re taking suggestions, can you please give a shoutout to the Canadian cartoon Odd Job Jack? Despite it having presence when it aired in the 2000s, all of season 1 besides the last episode is lost media in English despite several assorted clips existing, and the show’s 1997 prototype (The Seen) is also lost.

The name of the fairy tale is "Østenfor sol og vestenfor måne", and made no sense to me when it was translated to English lol A better translation is "the East side of the sun, and the West side of the moon". The words are a bit more specific than just "east and west", so it doesn't even translate perfectly to English. Now you know, fellow reader.
