You are 14. You are just now hitting puberty, your body will change, your face will change, your personality will change. Dont stress too much, just enjoy life. Just stay active so you have a good body. Right now I am 21, i hit puberty at around 16-17!!!! Honestly I look like a different person.

Don't worry about it, I was the same way when I was your age, I'm 57 now, I used the stay inside all the time and feel sorry for myself.. Looking back, what I would advise is to get out as much as possible, hang out with as many friends as possible, hit the beach, workout, run, swim, anything with friends, don't stay alone by yourself.. it will pass

Stick to good habits like exercising, healthy eating, good sleep (8+ hrs a night) and a good grooming routine and your confidence will get wayyyy better because you’ll be seeing the results of taking good care of your body. P.S your still very young and you’re naturally going to get more confident in the future as your body & mind grows
