Favorite tool is 5:40 and makes a great look with chilled fish salad stuffed in the cucumber peel tubes, and coils as a veggie salad garnish or floating on top of tomato soup. Works on soft-boiled whole potatoes to make fried potato curls too! Great videos!

Life Hack #1 for first gadjick - Maintain the root of the onyo when you chop the onyo, breaking the root starts the tear up effects. Life Hack #2 - for first gadjick - Have a cup full of water next to your board as you chop your onyo, it prevents the onyo from making you tear up. Gadjick 2- Use a pairing knife Gadjick 3 - You used the gadjick with the onyo against the grain a bunch of times.

Always core the bottom of the onion first as it is the bulb part that makes the onion reactionary. Learned this while working in an onion processing plant in Oregon!
