Knowing the fingering is what makes this very useful. Thanks for that.

I'm struggling with #6 and absolutely crashed at #7. These videos are amazing, exactly what I needed. Thank you. I've made a playlist and I'm working my way through them one by one.

Ok but how do u know which note is which key?? That is what I am confused about
@jmorgan3977 Жыл бұрын
@@abcdefghi__1997I know this is a year or more later, but have you figured it out yet? This practice doesn't do you any good unless you can read music. Learn the notes first, then come back to this.

Thank you! I am just beginning at 65 years old and this is exactly what I needed. I am not to broken cords but the first three exercises are perfect for me.

I'm a bass player that uses this lesson to play along to. Love it! I also have a Yamaha PSSA50 mini 37-key keyboard that has an octave feature that I use to tinker with the left side of middle C to learn to sight read the bass clef notes and music theory in general. Your video makes learning fun and interesting!

Thank you very much for sharing this. I first learned to read the tablature system, which I'm now convinced is a work of the devil. Bass and guitar players should learn standard notation too.

I like to read notes,I'm slow when I read notes,but I like the way you teach the notation. Thank you I learn so much from your videos.

Thanks, I haven't seen one of your videos in a while. These are getting easier, but I've learned a secret. Playing the piano is not easy.

Do you learn by learning the distance between the fingers every new note.. or by knowing each separate which note it is regardless of previous notes?

Can someone explain the reason for the numbering in #6 ? It seems like you want to keep 5 on the lowest note and use 1 and 2 to reach the highest. But in some parts its different
