Addition to Jubal Khan. Due to him being crippled now, he has given duties of field-commanding over to Kor'Sarro Khan, captain of the 3rd company and 51st Master of the Hunt. He is now Chapter Master in all but name, but Jubal gives command and communication support where he can in addition to Kor'Sarro's leadership.

Sad, but we probably won't get another Gabriel Angelos and the Blood Ravens chapter after what happened with DOW 3. Not even Space Marine 2 gave them screen time as cameo

Not purely on his fighting ability but his leadership skills. Unlike some of the OP Chapter Masters, Pedro Kantor actually faces adversity and has had monumental pressure on keeping civilians and his chapter alive from a powerful WAAGH.
