All the points are absolutely true & correct. Also corporates don't have ethics , If they have a requirement they hire , Buy out from the other company, also give him a joining bonus, if you don't give them your experience & relieving letters(if the candidate is absconding from the other company they will hire you .) they will consider your pay slips as experience & they will hire you. once they don't require you immediately you are on bench or relieved.

Hi Sir, Recently at Accenture, my background verification failed because my first company "Zenith consultancy and Development Services" was not officially registered and I don't have any Valid Documents like Paylips, and PF account, So If I ask my recruiter to exclude my first company Zenith, and Continue only with 2nd Company "Sweken IT Solutions" to re-verify my BGV and second company is enough for this position with the three years of experience, will they accept?
