I found this video because I was curious if other people also use two insoles. The shoes I wear aren’t too big, but I have a very long narrow foot, so my shoes don’t fill out and look as good as they could, so I double sole and double sock, it works great!

If your shoe is to small. I found thin socks, such as dress socks give a fair amount of room. Also, one of the biggest factors of shoe pain stems from your foot constantly shifting in the shoe. So if you can bare it, tie your shoes evenly snug across the foot. If your shoes are to big. Wear two pars of socks.

I had some crease protectors for my Rodman af bc they were too big and they ended up creasing from the swoosh area which looks worst and they were very uncomfortable😂. I just wear them normal now
