Yes. French bull dogs and King Charles Spaniels are born with considerable defects. Some Frenchies can’t even breath right! I wanted one some bad, but when I educated myself on how the way the are breed to maintain that certain look actually gives the dogs a painful life, I just can’t. It’s sad how many issues were breed into a dog just to achieve a certain look. I don’t want my doggo to be in pain.

My chihuahua has only been to the vet once for a problem. She is 12 now and just a joy

I had a King Charles spaniel they’re so sweet and just kind loving dogs but do get health issues like diabetes and eye problems He went blind when he got old and diabetic which meant we had to inject him everyday with insulin given from the vet . Honestly wasn’t too bad very quick and easier and was only when he got older I think they’re a lovely dog breed But they do also snore very loud

What??? Recommend a Bull-mastiff as a first dog? Believe me, i had big, strong and explosive dogs of several types during my life and when we got a female BM it required a complete different approach to discipline and training. Thats something for an experienced and routined owner...aside from getting huge and eat astronomical amounts ... def not a first dpg...

It depends on the persons life style if they walk / jog for an hour or more anyway then an high energy dog would mach there life style and brushing a dog for a few minutes 1 to 3 days a week wouldn’t be too time consuming

This is a VERY misleading video obviously made by someone with very low to no knowledge about dogs. Some of these dogs are most definatly NOT for first time dog owners because of forexample health problems caused by backyard breeding(just to take one example of the non mentioned imo important info for first time dog owners…) This video is obviously made by a lazy person who does not gaf about dogs or people what so ever🤷🏻‍♀️
