Dear Daynial you put your best marketing effort to sell in video. Look expensive/high gloss material is secondary part of living which vary person to person choice & budget. The main thing is design and in my opinion only... "THIS IS NOT A PRACTICAL DESIGN" at all, especially on ground floor. "Reason is privacy factor". Hope you will not mind my opinion.

The floor plan of this house is horrid. Useless angles. Lack of clean lines. No sight lines. Drawing room looks like a fluke. As they forgot to plan a drawing room. The worst are the diagonal walls. Seems like it's designed by an inexperienced architect. Its a total waste of money.

@@SamSam77771 here in the west the homes are designed with comfort and ergonomics in mind with minimalist approach because less is more but in Pakistan people add stuff like chefs in the cheap restaurants add extra spices to make the food tasty because they don’t know the culinary science. Just on elevation, so many materials and weird design elements that reflect the chaos in designers mind but I’m they will find someone will pay for this monstrosity
