130 bags of cement in 2700 square feet, that means about 5 bags in 100 square feet, this is very less. About 8 bags of cement are required in 100 square feet. Same is the case with Steel. On an average 100 kg of steel is required in 100 square feet, where as only 74 kg has been used in 100 square feet here.

Bhai mera plot 5.6 marla ka hai 1400 Square fit. Mujhe is pe lenter dalna hai mera thekedar is just lenter ki cost 8.50 lack bta ra hai. Aap ne 10 marla pe 2 ton steel use kia mera bnda 5.5 marla pe 2.30 ton steel laga ra hai mujhe kuch suggest karein.

Steel estimate is incorrect. 10 marla concrete slab wil rewuire l at least 3 tons of steel. Beams and concealed beams will require further steel.
