She must become accustomed to and practiced at the art of fanfair. The owners can gauge her temperament in a new venue. An auction is worthwhile for national pride, I suppose, as the industry loses talent to Hong Kong. I enjoy learning how A. O'Brien's Snowfall required conditioning at racetrack protocol and practice runs.

It is actually far more logical than that. One of the part owners bought her outright. A public auction is the only way to determine the true market value to be paid to the other owners.

And one of the part owners has since died so it was the fairest way to achieve market value for his estate

3 people owned winx. Godolpin We're the ones who breed and looked after winx in the process. Auctions is the only way Otherwise, the other owners could ask for 10 mil each.. This is the only way. Why are people so negative it's almost like you're jealous cause you can only afford $20 bet on the weekend 😂

@@123macks who u kidding? It’s more like 15-35k for smaller tracks and 80-150k for big city tracks. If u win and win and u qualify for the big races then u talking the amounts u talking, AND u speak like everyone wins those big races. U woke yet?

Unless this horse travels its dead money. How on earth do they think this horse wins 10 million in prize money. Win was a great horse but didint travel either 🤷‍♂️
