Oh my gosh, what a great power packed short workout! I'm drenched in sweat! Loved all the moves, and the music was perfect! Next time I do this one, I will add some egg weights (they're terrific weights that you hold in your hand). Oh, and what a cute puppy! Perfect morning exercise!

Still love this 10 minute workout and very much appreciate the stretch afterwards. I really need more 10-12 minute workouts. I find that you two are the only ones I want to workout with (most instructors can't stay on the beat, or they don't use music, or their sound system is not loud enough, etc., etc., etc.,). Also appreciate that you both teach (so many do not; are just showing off their ability to perform intense/complicated workouts without any thought towards the students' safety or how to perform the moves etc.). So, again, I say a big thank you.

Awesome workout and brilliant music. I managed to do most with 1.5 kg weights but found them annoying after a bit. Wanted to concentrate on getting the moves right. I think the best move i did was the big smile 😀😀😂😂 I'm definitely going to do this one again. Thanks again for such a positive video. 👍🏻👍🏻

Great rebounding workout!!! I was literally just thinking that I need to start working out on my rebounder again. I bought a good quality rebounder years ago for about $400 and it still works great!! I love your rebounder!! ♥️ If I were to “repeat it” someone would have to pick me up from the ground. 😂 I’m going to try this modified. I started wearing knee sleeves to my spin classes cause I just love spinning!! I haven’t tried working out on my rebounder while wearing them, I might be able to do more moves. I love that your shirt blends in with the greenery. 💚💚

Great workout and a good pace. You can make it as easy or as difficult as you wish. I like these short workout on the rebounder before I got to work. I get such a sore derriere area as I work at a standing desk with a high stool for 8 hours shifts and these workouts help me to shake it off. Bouncing away here in bonnie Scotland.

Loved this!! Today I was looking for more so I did it twice but it will be perfect on days I want a little quick workout! I so desperately need a new rebounder, I am still hanging on to one I bought used for $50 at the beginning of the summer, its barely hanging on lol. Maybe I can get this one for my birthday coming up in less than a month (the big 4-0 🤫)!

I've been trying workouts I've not done for a while ....and this was brilliant , its still hard but I definitely didn't struggle as much ....sweat was pouring off me though 🥵and i managed all the moves except arm circles with 2 kg. So a great 10 mins 💪🏻🥳
