Fabulous workout! Once I get the routine right, I'd like to try this with anke weights, or wrist weights to add some strength training - what do you think?

I love this beginning workout! I am using a Belicon with strong bungies & my pace was just slightly slower than Scott's (I did 787 steps). I wasn't too tired, but I couldn't quite match his pace. Is it because I need firmer (extra strong) bungies? What strength bungies is on the blue rebounder? Thank you for your quality videos! Happy New Year!

@@judithf4960 thank you for joining me today. So we have strong bungees as well but it could be that maybe you just need to allow your legs to strengthen up so you can work at the same pace as le. But please don’t worry I’m sure the more you practice it’s going to happen. The main thing is that you are doing it with me and completing the class. Well done and keep up the great work

Amazing. My goal for 2025 is to focus on my core. I loved this and I love the 10 minute seated core workout. The best part are the fur baby family members that join you on your rebounder!.

Thank you for this workout. I appreciate that there aren't a lot of big jumping exercises (because I'm not there yet) and because the lymphatic system responds so well to gentle bounces. This workout was fun and I'm sweaty and invigorated by the end.
