Not easy and not difficult, it's something in between. Having an average house dance level, I repeated all 10 minutes after you in double time mode. By the end, I was sweating a bit and was able to continue with another workout.

This was such a good house workout. I know that if I start to practice all of these they’ll help me so much with my house dancing. I think it wasn’t too easy or it wasn’t too difficult, right in the middle 😊 Thank you so much for this video!

When I was a beginner, my shins and calves hurt. But after about a month, the pain was gone. Don't overdo it and enjoy dancing! thank you!
