When I do it, one the other hand, everything looks very stiff. How can I let my body loosen up like yours and look less stiff? I don't know what it is...

Thanks for your comment! The more you get used to dancing, the smoother it will be! Your body is just tense. It's the same as riding a bicycle. When I was a beginner, my movements were stiff. When you're dancing, bend your knees a little and the steps will soften. But be careful because if you bend it too deeply, it will be difficult to dance.
