Come try this 10 min kid friendly home workout to get your kids introduced to exercise that’s low impact. This is a great way to get the whole family involved and moving. You can adjust the exercises and substitute them for whatever you like. We had some fun with it and did whatever our daughter was feeling.
Workout is 30 Seconds on 30 Seconds off but go with whatever work to rest ratio you are feeling. This is a great workout for people of all levels. If you want to challenge yourself add some weights to some of the exercises, or if you want to scale just use your own bodyweight. Let us know how it goes!
