Really nice, only 1 tip: keep an eye on your meters. Your are in red! Below the red the meters also respond much better, so gaining is much easier then. Keep up the good work!

@OliverPerssonAT slip controls. on the CDJ 2000 you can set it to re-enact a belt-driven bvinyl turntable so it makes the track slow down very slowly instead of quickly cutting it out of the mix when you hit the pause button.

@DennisVlaanderen yea i got a midi controller as well and ive had a couple of mixers got behringer ddm4000 now. Just been through the 350 features, doesnt even have hot cues, the 850s are not that much more expensive, think those would be a better choice. i thinks its about time i got some decent equipment
@DennisVlaanderen13 жыл бұрын
@OliverPerssonAT it is sort of, it just gradualy brings the BPM of a track up or down depending what you set it to when you hit play. I don't believe cue is affected. Have to try that out sometime though.

its not a controller because it doesn't control any software, but this setup has two players (play tracks from discs or usb drives and dont control a computer software.) and a mixer in the middle. i dont know the models of the mixer or the players but i think the players model is a pioneer cdj 2000.

@GreatWhiteist CDJ's like these are actually, nowadays, considered "media players," meaning you can play a huge array of formats. Whether it's CD's, USB, SD, or MIDI control, these things can do anything, man. What you're referring to would be used in conjunction with Traktor or Serato. So no, you don't have to =) Cheers!
