In this video I share my daily morning journaling routine and prompts with you. This routine helps me start my day with a focus and puts me in a very positive headspace. It takes 10 min each day and can really motivate you to have a productive day where you feel like you have achieved your goals by the end of the day. Make yourself a drink, get comfortable and really dig deep within when answering the prompts. You can use a pen and notebook, a blank doc on your laptop or my mental wellbeing app Zeal has a journaling feature.

After suffering anxiety and poor mental health for two years I decided to take control of my mental wellbeing. I was a user of Sertraline and I talk openly about my positive experience using Sertraline. Maintaining my mental health is an ongoing journey and I'm learning new ways to manage it every day. Through this channel, I hope I can inspire people to do the same. You're not alone and it's ok to have days where we are not 'OK', we just need to learn how to navigate them. I am also super passionate about entrepreneurship and self development and I run two start ups.

Thank you, even though it's night time that was a really nice exercise. I was watching another one of your videos about sertraline and it really stood out to me when you spoke about being more strict with your journal and mindfulness. I believe that these things are key to aligning my beliefs and behavior, and being in touch with myself. Thanks for the motivation and for sharing about your experiences.
