In this video I share my daily morning journaling routine and prompts with you. This routine helps me start my day with a focus and puts me in a very positive headspace. It takes 10 min each day and can really motivate you to have a productive day where you feel like you have achieved your goals by the end of the day. Make yourself a drink, get comfortable and really dig deep within when answering the prompts. You can use a pen and notebook, a blank doc on your laptop or my mental wellbeing app Zeal has a journaling feature.
