Well I just went out and bought a 5-gallon bucket and 30 lb worth of rice and completed this follow along workout without any rest in between exercises. All I can say is wow! I've never in my life felt a pump like this in my forearms. I literally could barely move my hand and wrist by the time I was done. Thanks for making this awesome video! I will be adding this to my workouts a couple times a week. The only difference is I did one hand at a time so they would fit inside of the bucket easier.

I gave this one a chance after just watching the video. I thought it was the easiest one yet here on KZbin. Once I did follow along I definitely thought it was extremely easy until the end when I suddenly felt like my forearms were about to explode. You should not add so much water that you must strain it. Rice should absorb and remaining water should evaporate. If you have water left then you need to reduce the water you are using. Also adding tomato juice or sliced garlic lends a nice flavor to the rice. Really though this is why old time bakers and pipe workers had massive arms and hands. Cool workout

No noticable improvements in wrist for now although that might be because I am still going through puberty. I train for armwrestling too along with this rice bucket training so my forearms get challenged a lot every day.

I was months with little progress but now thay I'm doing this routine I noticed right away it started healing much faster! The forearms aren't looking bad either. It's a fun routine and the most comprehensive I've found as far as the variety. I like the names for the movements too haha. Thanks!
