Welcome to this sweaty belly dance and fitness warm up! You can do this anytime of day to get you feeling energised and burning calories!
If there are any moves you would like more practice with check out my app ‘BellyFit By Leilah’ above for the full clear breakdown. In this workout we will be warming up the leg and glute muscles to ensure we are stretching and strengthening these muscles for a maximum burn. We will be incorporating arm movements to add elegance and allow our back shoulder and upper body muscles to be warm and ready to go!
